    •    Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of damage (photos or videos) may be required.
    •    Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, we will work with you to correct the issue.
    •    Exceptional Circumstances: At our discretion, we may issue refunds in rare cases of extenuating circumstances.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

If you believe your situation qualifies for a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    2.    Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos/videos if applicable).
    3.    Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.

Important Notes
    •    Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    •    We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
